Sold a phone on ebay for 110 however the winning bidder wants the item delivered to nigeria which I will not be doing as stated in the listing. Can I claim the listing fee and final value fee back of ebay as this seller is a scammer?

Yes you can. Keep all emails.

Report as a non-paying seller, and you will get your FVFs back after a week or so.

Your listing fee will be refunded if you sell it on the second time of listing. So you only pay one set of listing fees if it sells.

Don't forget to leave negative feedback for your bidder.
Hmm, sorry, that link no longer works. It was really useful too: gave you the exact steps to take in this case (I sold two phones recently, and both times had this issue).
A tip for eBay users...For any problems, click on 'Community' at the top of the page and go to 'Discussion Boards'. Post your query in 'Community Question and Answer'. You'll probably get several very helpful replies within minutes.
So confused....why report the guy as a non payer....could he not just have missread the stuff on where it will and wont be delivered to? And why would make him a scammer?

Not questioning you as such, as you might well be right, just curious as to why the guy is being called a scammer just cos he did not read the destination bit right?
