I’ve just been following up a very attractive offer which somehow insinuated itself into this website, TheAnswerBank. You answer some simple questions and then have the chance of picking from a number of gift-wrapped images, one of which contains an I-phone 11 worth £799. It’s yours for £1.00 post and packing! The whole procedure looks very authentic and smooth-running. The website operating it is: mynewphone247.com
Looks very much like an unmissable offer, but I’d avoid this like the plague. Could the moderators ensure that this supposed scam no longer infiltrates the AB website?

Dannyk and others - it’s still popping up on my screen when I enter TAB in the form of a letter with the words: ‘ You have one free offer’. Clicking on this takes you into their system and procedure.
sounds like a case for malwarebites Crypto, and nothing to do with AB
Crypto, just tried that, doesn't work fo me.Can you post a link please?
One of my friends got scammed by this. They ask you to pay the £1 using your credit card and then when they get your details they take a fiver or a tenner every now and again so you dont get suspicious.Could go on for years.
site cannot be reached should anyone try

Sorry about filling up so much space with all the gobbledegook above - I’m not too good at copying and pasting links using a small device. But pleased to say that this is no longer appearing on my screen, so maybe someone at TAB managed to liquidate it. Woofgang - thanks also for the warning about malwarebites.
