I used to visit a website http://www.puzzler.com/ daily to do some free puzzles. I started having problems with it a few weeks ago. I have asked the company if they could suggest a solution - they couldn't. I can do them with no problem using my MacBook, but I don't like using it.

I go into the 'online puzzles' and, apart from 'online puzzles' , there is nothing on the screen about my puzzles. There is usually a frame (?) in the middle of the screen showing several puzzles.

I am using Windows 10 and attempting to access the puzzles using both Google Chrome and Firefox.

There is every possibility that I have ticked/unticked a box on my laptop and this has caused the problem but I can't locate the problem I have tried fiddling with pop-up blocker and the other for suppression of advertisements.

Java and Adobe recently updated, but have to admit that I have no idea what either actually do.

Any help would be very gratefully received.

Can you see the frame here?

Takes a few seconds for the frame to load and open.

No, and it is pretty annoying. It is a setting on this laptop but I am out of my depth with computers.

Thanks for your help and have a good/quiet/drunken/hilarious new year celebration. Pick whichever one you want.
