Access Keeps Getting Blocked

I am using both internet explorer and chrome but every time I go to a page on the site Norton is saying "Suspicious web page blocked " regardless of which browser I am using. I have been in contact with Norton all this morning and the response is that the website has to ask Norton to put it in the safe web category the URL is:

Yes, we are aware of the problem and we are already working on getting it sorted in the way you describe.
Already reported via Norton help desk although it took 2hrs Tuesday and one hour Wednesday which I will never get back, to get them to act. Language problem ?
This is sorted - Norton should be happy with us now!
