Does anyone know if PayPal is down ?
I've ordered things on line today from two different sources and I usually get an email straight away to confirm my purchase but I've had nothing .
The transactions went through according to my account .

Folks, part of the fun (for her and me) is making my sis explode. Jno what is that?? Enjoy your breakfast, probably best not to eat anything that smells or tastes funny....on second thoughts, don't eat anything and take your own bottle of water!
I love bakeoff too, there is only one last "extra slice" and summer will be really gone.... Yes, the right winner and a lovely ending.

Morning folks. Blustery and a tad chilly today, such a relief. Had coffee today with the "girls" good fun and a laugh. Yesterday bought a power bank to recharge mobile when out an about but all.it did was take the charge out of my battery so exchanged it for a more expensive bright pink one ( yes the colour definitely matters! ) Just hoping this one will work!
Breakfast at where jno? Don't think so thank you.
Hooe Robi and Jude are ok.
Don't even ask what happened there as have no idea! !!!^^
the Museum of London is holding an exhibition of stuff from the crime museum - very interesting and on the ghoulish side, lots of ropes labelled with who they hanged, binoculars that poke daggers into your eyes and so on. I was at a preview because of my well-known but non-existent work as a group travel organiser. I didn't actually have breakfast there, I had a snack before leaving home.

Woofgang, I don't know. I assume because of the cup that it makes tea or coffee or something, possibly using special ingredients brought back from Mars.
Almost chilly here. Made a strange sort of lentil stew. Bunged in UK sausages, frozen chicken wings this that and the other, not too sure I want to eat it. It's a big potful too!!
I think I am ready to go to hospital at the crack of dawn tomorrow. In fact earlier, at 6.30am. I needed a pre-med check but a nice man has just done it over the phone, so that's okay. I suppose I shall come out a bandy coot.
Here's hoping you do come out!!
You could be a John Wayne impersonator.....

Have you got a rubber/swim ring to sit on?? I had one after stitches from giving birth!
Good morning.
GOOD LUCK JNO, it'll make yer eyes water!
Drizzly here, not that we get drizzle just light rain, just when I'd done a boil wash overnight. Big things too!
Clearing up now.
??? Have you all gone to hold jno ''s hand?
Have had a good morning. Was up and out early in the rain. We have a phone contract which includes a free mobile usage on one phone and as this is hijas number and she doesn't use it I am changing it into my name so I don't have to pay anything ever again. Mine atm is a different company but want to.keepy number so should all be done by next Tues (Monday being yet another fiesta! ) then I have to swap hijas number to a payg so can just top it up whenever, hopefully! Have taken rubbish to.the bins, now to have a tidy up..
Have we moved??
well, that was jolly nice, I could do that again tomorrow. My own big room with ensuite, a steeadystream of handmaidens and handhunks checking my BP and asking whether I was diabetic etc; the anaesthetic (the bit I really hate with needles and cannulas and stuff) was over in seconds, and I spent the afternoon recovering in the sun in my room and having my BP checked several more times. No pain (cross fingers), but I have to wear flight socks all night and tomorrow morning.

Well done Jno,hope it does the trick. They have better solutions these days. When Mr S had surgery over 40 years ago they stitched him up round you know where and he was in hospital for a week..ouch.He always reckoned he got them from sitting about on the cold ground when he was the army.Something I've never suffered from thank goodness except after giving birth .
It's been a lovely day here ,bright sunshine and blue skies but a bit on the chilly side.We went to the front for a toddle ,sea like a millpond and quite busy down there too.Chips were doing a roaring trade so we joined the queue, well Mr S did, I sat down and waited to be served.
Hope you others are all ok.
eek, no stitching for me, shaney. But they did say that the treatment isn't guaranteed forever and even if it does last ,other ones could start playing up. I've had them done 3 times before, I think (no idea if it's the same ones) but these are the first ones big enough to require banding. The others were just injected with truffle oil and a side salad.

My brother had his injected. Hopefully this procedure might clear them up full stop for you.
Breezing round the corridors ,I really don't understand all this fuss about having to pay for a carrier bag.Either pay up or take your own bags .What a carry on:)
