Does anyone know how to download my backup onto a nw phone? I just have received my new iPhone 6, which didn't have the largest IOS, so I had to download that first and now I don't know how to get everything off my iCloud

When you started the new iPhone did you start as new, or from iTunes, or from iCloud?

I was going to do it from iCloud, but I couldn't cos it still had an old IOS which wouldn't support the iCloud download. So I back to the beginning, updated the IOS, but now I can't find how to download my data from iCloud

Go to Settings/iCloud and see if you're email address is there...

I always thought that as I had iCloud I didn't need to back up with iTunes.

Go to Settings/iTunes & App Store - your email address should show and Music ON
