Facebook Friends And 'unblocking' Them

Up until a while ago I was friendly with someone on facebook. Then for reasons too long and complicated the friendship took a knock.

I might have 'unfriended' them at that time, I'm not sure. I get a feeling that they somehow 'blocked' me.

The reason I say this is we have become friends again and yet I cannot find him in any way shape or form by doing a search on his name yet other people can 'see' him and 'chat' too.

He tells me that he cannot see me either and so it looks like we will not be able to hook up again.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Have a look in the privacy settings, select blocking, edit list, they may be on there.
Only a guess.
Go to your FB home page, click on the 'padlock and 3 bars', click on 'How do I stop someone bothering me' and then click on 'View all blocked users'. Your friend should be listed in there.

Your friend will have to do the same from their Home page.

Good Luck!
