Footer font size in Outlook Express

Hi everybody,
can anyone suggest ways to change the font size on an e-mail footer?
I have a disclaimer type thing but it's the same size as the email 12 point font and I want it to be 10 point font.

Take a screenshot of the text and save as an image, jpg or gif. You can then insert the disclaimer on the bottom of each mail no matter what size the mail's font size is... or you can make it into a stationery template.

cheers for the suggestion, it is a stationary template I am using. I'm just daft and forgot that is what it is called !!
That makes it even easier. Open the template and click the source button on the bottom, change the font size to 10 or whatever you like and click the edit tab. Then File/save as stationery. Save it with a new name and delete the old one. Then you can rename the new one to the old name if you like.
ps Make sure it is the disclaimer part you change the font size of.
