I have an email that has been trying to send itself since Tuesday - (heavy photos)
still hasn't gone, how can i cancel it completely from sending -- i am using ms office outlook

Can you delete it from your outbox?
Many email systems have a limit on the size of an email so it may heave gone over that limit.

Sending lots of photos in one email is not really a great idea as not only can it take a long time to get there (even if it goes) but it may exceed the limit of the persons email system the other end.

Cant you put them up on a photo sharing web site like Flickr, Photobucket or even Facebook?

Then lots of people can see them (though you can control that)
Another option is to upload them to a storage place on the web, and let the other person download them.

Part of Microsoft Live Esentials is an option called Skydrive. This gives you loads of web space (for free) where you can upload pictures and other files.

Once you have uploaded them you can give the other person access to them and they can download them.

boxtops - its not in my outbox yet so cant delete.
VHG: - i had put them on photobucket but couldn't get a good size showing on the linked page, so was sending them to somebody to load them on the site that i posted the IMG link on, & its still trying to send today.
