Try again? I find it very flakey. They fitted communal aerials to our flats (satellite & terrestrial) but I still get better reception from the old aerial in my loft.

Hi davebro. Yes I tried more than once and still some channels have gone :(
What channels are missing, tamaris?
Interference suggests a weak signal which can cause missing channels.
Is your aerial pointing the right way? Would a signal booster help?
Have you checked that there are no problems with your local transmitter? Sometimes they are on reduced power for maintenance.
Yes some Freeview channels do stop but also new ones do also start up.

It's cable into flats. Quest red which I watch alot. 11/ 48/ and others as well
if your paying a service charge get the owners to rectify the problem
Any of your neighbours having the same problem?
get a signal booster and retune, sounds to me like you have a very weak signal and the TV is just not detecting some of the channels.
Question Author
I've used a booster in the past didn't seem to make a difference. Transmitter seems good on the info
reception's been awful today - is it weather affected?
Question Author
Probably doesn't help
