Mxqpro 4K Android Box Keeps Freezing Help Please

I have an MXQpro 4k android box but i have a big problem it keeps freezing and then it wont work ive tried restarting it multiple times even for hours or for an entire day unplugged and plugged in ive tried switching hdmi cords and it still wont work so basically this is whats happening ill plug it out and let it restart and everythings fine but when it gets to the home screen about 7 seconds or less the box freezes and it wont do anything i know its note my remote because i tried buying a new one different batteries and even getting a keyboard with mouse and its still freezing i really need help
