SETTING UP EMAIL ON SMARTPHONE

I have just bought a Samsung Galaxy Ace smartphone and have yet to set up my e-mail connection. I use Talktalk as my ISP but I need to find out the server names. Am I right in thinking the incoming server is mail.talktalk.net and the outgoing is smtp.talktalk.net ?
I am very much new to owning a smartphone and would appreciate any help from those more knowledgeable than me.
