Palm Top Computers.

Does anyone have any views on what is available as being a "good buy" for a Palm Top? A long while ago I had and used extensively a Psion 3a palm top, it was very very good, but no longer available I believe. I still have this, but can't find anyway of connecting it to a computer with Vista OS or to a modern printer to print off stuff. The other drawback is no wifi or internet connection.
As well as the normal software i.e. word processing & spreadsheet I would want to be able to down load and print off. I would like internet connection facility not necessarily just wifi. which probably means a card or usb connection.
Any suggestions?
