I put this question on music but have not had any answers so figured it was in the wrong place. Maybe you lot can help?
I have an itunes account and have had an ipod for a few years with no problem, but I have just bought a new ipod touch to replace my old ipod touch and have tried transferring my music library on to my new ipod and it has only copied about half my library. I have spent a couple of hours now sat at my computer with my ipod linked to it and it recognises my new ipod but will not transfer my purchased music!!! I am beginning to get bald patches where I am pulling my hair out! Can anyone explain to me what I am doing wrong? Or in simple terms explain how to do it. Thanks in advance.

Try and contact Apple or Ipod. Try delete all the music of the new i-pod and then try and add them all again!
