Hi. Just bought an HP Pavilion Laptop. My old laptop (Acer-still alive but terminally slow) had Outlook for email which I found easy to use, and has all my email buddies addresses in its directory, and folders containing old emails I wish to keep. I am now using Virgin Media email, via their website, which is not so easy to use. How can I get my new comp to accept Outlook and store all my old emails, folders etc? Much obliged for any advice.

BTW I purchased Microsoft Office Home and Student, but this didn't include Outlook 2010,which is available on Home and Business and Professional.

Well, if you had Outlook on your old machine and you have the disks, you could install it on your new machine. Or you could download and install Windows Live Mail, which is free. http://www.microsoft....072A1C&displaylang=en

Cheers Rojash, I found Windows Live Mail already installed, so I will try to use that as my email delivery system. I don't have the disks for the old laptop, it was already installed afaik.
