My card reader on my tower has stopped working. Any ideas on how to turn it back on

If someone has been working on your PC they may have disturbed the connection inside. There's no drivers to install so not much can go wrong except a connection problem. It happened to me after my engineer did a reinstall. He came round and fixed the card reader for free!...What a nice man!
