Very annoying. I reported the problem to the helpline yesterday but still no joy.

Yes mine are missing too - I posted on 2nd March. Unfortunately know absolutely ZERO about anything technical so if you have an answer PLEASE PLEASE tell me how to solve our problem (in VERY simple terms) - I'll love you forever!
