I've recently upgraded my laptop to an Acer 7736G (my 3rd Acer over the last 7-8years) Very happy with the laptop as always - however it becomes extremely slow if not freezes completely at least once a day - this happens when Norton360 "is performing background tasks" as per the dialogue box in bottom right of screen. Is this the cause ? If so what, if anything can I do ?
