I have filtered some data on a spreadsheet and want to copy and paste data from another spreadsheet into these cells only. However, when I do, it takes into account the 'hidden' cells that are not filtered and only pastes about 10 lines worth of data. How do I overcome this?

I think it will work if you use "Paste Special" instead of "Paste"
Should have said select "values" on radio button

No, it still doesn't work...

Copy/Pase your filtered sheet to a new worksheet. This should only paste in the filtered rows.
Now copy in your data into the new worksheet.
