We have a Canon LBP 3460 and when people try and print to it there are problems. The printer divers on the PCs are using Canon LBP3460 PCL6 and this driver is on the printer server as well. Most of the time when people print to the PC it works fine but every so often the printer keeps printing out pages with hieroglyphics until the paper tray is empty. We have deleted and re added the printer to the printer and faxes list, removed the drives from the PCs and re added them. The printer is configured correctly. When the printer doesn’t print correctly it prints “HP-PCL XL ;2;0; Comment” along with hieroglyphics
