How do I find out how many sticks of memory are in my CPU and what size they are

there are no sticks of memory in your CPU..

the CPU is one single chip inside your computer that does the main processing.

if you mean how much memory is in your computer then download and run the memory scanner from here, it will give you all the details you want

As above or download Everest Home edition which wil tell you other things as well
In my case, the Crucial link resulted in inaccurate info. It detected my motherboard as Via kt333, wheras in fact, it is a Syntax sv266a and the memory slots are completely different.
