by installing it?
Outlook Express is free and come with Windows XP (in Vista it is called Windows Mail).

Outlook is part of Miscoroft Office and you need to buy it, either on its own, or as part of one of the Microsoft Office packages.

You cannot get Outlook for free (legally).

Why do you want it / need it ?

Thanks VHG, I have the program >outlook< but a friend asked how I had got it. That was easy, a tech guy Installed it when he fixed an error on my computer. He asked if I wanted to leave it on and I said yes.Since which I have grown to like it.
On my computer I have >Microsoft Works Suite 2000< that is good enough for all I need. It was just that my friend would have liked Outlook.
If your friend has a Vista box then Windows Mail and the Calendar in Vista gives you a lot of what Outlook has got.

Not sure what is in Outlook that is missing from Windows Mail / Calendar.
