Hi people hope everyone is well.

Can someone please explain to me what domains are in a SQL database? I've looked up and different sites say different things, I would just like a short sharp simple understandable definition and example please from someone.

it kinda makes sense

i will be making a table with different attributes within it, a friend is telling me for the date of birth i should enter dd-mm-yyyy.........

im still a little confused lol
