Screen Size on IE7

Hi

I asked this and sorted it last year, but can't find the reply.

Have just bought a new Tower and every time I go onto a site the page appears small and I have to enlarge it each time. If I go out of it and in again, it is small again!

Seem to remember being told not to enlarge it, but rather to click on edges and drag until it is full screen and then, next time I go into it it will be full screen.

Have tried this, but in many instances (but not all) it does not work.
Can anyone help please?

Open your web page first now press Crtl key and move your mouse wheel to direction of up and down. After that set the desire size that you want.
