My printer wont work.

I have an hp deskjet F380. It has been working OK in the past but when i went to print a document on Microsoft office tonight it didn't do anything. I have reset it but same thing.
I tried to print on notepad also but same. all lights on and ink ok. any help please.

Open Printers and Faxes
Right-click your printer icon
Ensure that there is not a tick by "Use printer offline"

There is tick by it, and it says '' use printer offline, but cant seem to get rid of it. When I right click it there's nothing to say '' use printer online''

Just left-click on "Use printer offline" and the menu will close, but the tick will be removed (confusing, ain't it?) To check that it's been removed, just right-click the printer icon again and then click somewhere other than the menu to close it without making any more changes.

that's done the trick, but it took a lot of clicks before it said on-line.
