basically i have multiply sheets/ pages on excel, at the moment i have to enter identical infomation on to each sheet.
i know how to have numbers linked from page to page.
eg, page 1, c3 equals page 2 f7.

but is there a way to do it with letters.
so if i had a code of a order being pb089-125
is there a way of the cell on the other page showing the same, rather than zero like it currently does if i try to "=sum( what ever cell with text in)"
hope you can help thanks in advance....

Yes, you enter in sheet 2 '=' then go to sheet 1 and click on the cell, then press enter.
There is no need to put '=sum' for numbers, you can use '=' for anything.
