Excel 2007 error bars

Hi,
Does anyone know how to get individual error bars onto a column chart in Excel 2007. I have done it the way Excel says but it applies the error bars to all the columns, and I need different errors for each one. There must be a way but it's driving me mad.

Done it !!!

Had to make each column a seperate series and then apply errors to each one.
