connecting Nokia phone to pc suite

Hi, has anyone had trouble connecting a Nokia phone to pc suite?

I have a Nokia 6288 and pc suite doesn't recognise that my phone is connected. I had this trouble before with a different phone and cant remember how I got around the problem...

any suggestions?

If you are connecting with a data cable then you must install the drivers for the cable before you install PC Suite.

cheers kerplunk... you were rightthe first time, I've just uninstalled everything then found the drivers from the net. Also downloaded pc suite from the net instead of supplied disk.
Working fine now, thanks :-)
