cookies??

I have what seems like millions of cookies (lists and lists of em) and they are all in quarantine. What am I supposed to do with them (if anything) and could that be the reason why my computer is very sluggish? Im a computer moron and would appreciate any advice. Thanks. I came across these lists of cookies when I did a disk clean up.

You can delete them but you will have to log into some pages agian such as if you have a personal homepage. You will have to sign into the answerbank again too. Just right click on The internet explorer icon on your desktop, select properties then click delete cookies, then click delete files and check the box for delete offline content.

As for the ones in quarrintine, they are probably ok there but i would delete those too.
