pc help needed-cannot enter hotmail etc!!!

Please Help! Just turned on the pc today and its not letting me go into the security sections of websites, like hotmail, to read my emails, or for example, Natwest. I can look at the non secure websites as normal though. I havent made any changes last time I was using my pc so why is this happening? What do I need to do to get it back to normal?
