I have an android Huawei tablet on which I have just installed the NHS app from Google playstore? I set all up by giving allmy etails like NHS number etc and after a lot of messing about (I am new to this) it now shows and when I opened it all my details are there - great.

However I cannot find how to ad my wife's separate details as we both use the tablet and share our google email address. Is this possible?

The other problem is I also tried to install it on my phone which is a Sony Xperia Z3 Compact and my wife has one exactly the same. The NHS app appeared but will not open - it just tries to with a little circle going around.

I thought that as I have Google on both the phones and tablet it should all connect (also on this laptop I am using! What am I doing wrong please? My son told me that our phones are not 'smart' but I do not understand what that means as I can use browser on my phone and GMails appear there when they arrive.

I am completely confused so could someone help!

Thanks

Moggie

To create a new GMail account, open GMail and click on the icon at the top right of the page then click 'sign out'. Now click 'use another account' and 'create account'. Create a new account in the same way you created the original - just think of a different email address :)

You each need your own email address. It will.be very easy for your wife to create a new one

With regard to the problem on your Xperia Z3 Compact, are you sure that its operating system is up to date? Your phone was sold with Android 4.4.4 on it. The NHS app requires Android 5.0 or better so, in its 'out of the box' state your phone can't run it. However your phone is upgradeable to Android 6.0, which should then allow the app to run.

So, if you've not checked that the phone's operating system is up to date, that's clearly the first thing to do. If it is, and the app still won't work, try uninstalling and then reinstalling it.

Hello again Buenchico
It says I am on 5.0.2 and that I cannot upgrade from there!
Our phones do everything else we need at our age so if that is the case we will just use the Huawei tablet which now has the NHS app on and working.
I am having trouble linking in my wife's medical details even though GP says our records are linked in sugery or some years.
My wife and I both use one G Mail account. How can I easily set up another G Mail acct just for this please?
Thanks
