I thought it was ITC Officina Bold until I saw the ampersand which isn’t exactly the same but the rest of the alphabet is very close

That's a good site Zacs, thanks, but it isn't there, it's a bit like a modernised version of copperplate.

Have you checked all the pages? There are hundreds of similar ones. You may stumble across the same one but I doubt it.

I checked quite a few, then I put it into Tineye & got only one result - a USA construction company logo - so it does exist somewhere.
I'll continue, unless ....

I suspect Tinyeye found this because it has the word 'building' in it and a large M. It's not a very accurate search tool.
