Does Windows 10 Have Some Kind Of Restore Function?

Like previous versions. Mine updated and now can't access some programmes. Always used to use restore when this happened.

Meant to add, are your programs in the Apps list?
Has your pc been able to access those programs at all since it upgraded to W10?

I can't even get an apps list up now. The programmes are on the desktop, and I need to access word, but it won't open. Tried by clicking icon and right clicking for menu.

Unfortunately suddenly bedridden through cracked ribs and in pain, so if I don't respond, it's because I can't, not through ingratitude.

Try typing Word in theCortana box on the taskbar bottom left of the screen. Hopefully it will open
