Whatever size font the e-mail I receive has been typed in, when I print it it always comes out in a very small font. Can anyone explain this?

How are you accessing your mail? Is it via a 'proper' email client (such as Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail, Windows 10 Mail or Thunderbird) or via a web page in your browser (such as Internet Explorer, Edge, Firefox or Chrome)?

I'm not overly computer-literate so I can only tell you that I have Plusnet e-mail and use Firefox for the internet !!!!
OK, next question:
How are you printing your emails? If you go to File > Print, or press Ctrl and P together, you'll be instructing your computer to print the whole web page (which will result in very small text). To print out just the email you should be clicking on the cogwheel and then on 'Print this message'.

Yes, I do Ctrl + p so I'll try your method, Buenchico. Many thanks.

Well, I'll go to the foot of our stairs- I can actually read it! Cheers!
