Hi folks,
my friend has a Nokia C2.01 cell phone, and also an Acer tablet which she uses purely for games. She is NOT online as she doesn't have a landline phone. She has taken a number of photos on her Nokia and wants to transfer the pics to her tablet. The guy in comp shop says she has to download Nokia app to her tablet in order to transfer pics from phone to tablet. I am online, and can download the app for her, but when I tried it asked me to connect her phone to her tablet. I have her tablet here with me, and am online via my modem, but she has her phone with her, as I thought if I installed Nokia app on her tablet for her she would be able to transfer pics across herself using usb cable, from phone to tablet (she has correct cable). Is it possible simply to transfer pics from phone to tablet via usb cable without downloading an app? Should be simple task to transfer photo's across, or am I being thick? Help most appreciated, thanks in advance, Bob

I'm fairly sure that if you connect the phone and tablet using the cable, you should be able to navigate to the folder with the photos in, copy them, and paste them into the 'gallery' (or equivalent) folder on the tablet. You may need a mini-usb to big usb adaptor, as some tablets only have mini usb ports.
if it doesnt work just pull them off to your PC then plug in the tablet and copy them over.
