Transfering Data

I run a mac mini with firefox browser that I intend to upgrade. How can I transfer my address book and browser bookmarks to my new computer which will be another mini.

I know Og, but Apple IMO have got one of the best and most comprehensive support sections....why not go to the source?

joan, there is no need to use anything other than the Mac OS which has got data transferring built in.
