Accessing Scrabble

I have purchased Scrabble for iPad and have been playing it for some time. Today, when I try to play, I am prompted to state my age, and to confirm that I have read and accept EA Privacy and Cookie Policy, Terms of Service and EULA.
I can find no way to confirm this info as I cannot progress from one item to the other without restarting the process (and getting nowhere again ). Can anyone help? Thanks.

I had this, just entered 18 in the age (I wish!) and hit accept

Thanks Fitzer. I tried again after I posted and got under way. However, the game stopped partway and the screen reverted to my home screen. Attempts to restart show the game as 'loading' but the home screen reappears. A bad day! I've given up!
