Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 Keeps Closing Down
Hi
I bought a Tab 4 for my partner for Christmas and she loves it, has used it non-stop ever since. However, she uses it to play Candy Crush (I know, I know - take it away from her, lol). All was fine until the last couple of days and now, when she plays CC, everything starts OK but the program suddenly closes - thought it might be a problem with the app, but even if she goes to Facebook and plays through that it does the same. She has 'Cleansweep' and McAfee and These aren't showing any problems. We've tried turning of the palm wave but it still does it. Only seems to be an issue with CC but it's driving her crazy.
Any ideas to try and solve this issue will be very welcome.

The answer may lie in your question ... Cleansweep and McAfee are both anti- virus programmes. If you have more than one antivirus programme on a system, there may well be a conflict. Disable one of them and try it again. If that solves the problem delete it.
