Moving Downloaded Minecraft Map From Pc To Xbox 360 Via Flash Drive

I have downloaded a zip file with Minecraft maps onto my PC, downloaded my sons Xbox profile onto a flash drive and plugged it into the pc, and when using Horizon to place the new maps onto the flash drive to then insert back onto the Xbox, I am getting "invalid STFS" messages, or "not a valid xbox file"....I am running Windows 7, Can anyone assist me with this...
