I’m trying to get used to sending emails with Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 and want to create a group that I can send to all at once using the Bcc (blind carbon copy) line. How do I create such a group please? Help appreciated.

Go to your 'Contacts' then hold Ctrl+Shift+L to get a distribution list. Name it, then add members to it.

Construct your email and then select the Group from your address book using the Bcc tab
