I regularly get this message and Firefox closes even though I regularly scan and clean my laptop.
Any suggestions out there?

It's not a malware problem - go to the add-ons manager from the Tools menu and select Plugins from the left-hand side. Then click on Check to see if your plugins are up to date and make sure that they are.
(that's all done in Firefox)
I get exactly that message too. I'm off to check.
If the above suggestions don't work, go (via the Control Panel) to Add/Remove Programs (or Programs & Features, depending on your version of Windows), find Adobe Flash Player Plugin and uninstall it. Restart your computer and reinstall Flash from here:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
To uninstall Adobe Flash Player you must use the Uninstaller from Adobe. Go to the Adobe website and download the uninstaller and run it then restart your computer. Go again to the Adobe website and download the correct version for your OS .Start the install but make sure you close your browser first and then proceed this important.
