How Do I Get WinRAR To Be My Default File Extractor Program Again?

For years I've been using WinRAR to extract zip files on my Windows XP desktop computer.
Yesterday, however, I installed a program called Poser 8, but along with all the other components it also installed Express Zip and now all my WinRAR zipped files have become Express Zipped files. To be honest, I don't like Express Zip in the least, and would like to go back to using WinRAR. I've even tried reinstalling WinRAR but my folders still remain as Express Zip files. I don't want to go back to a Restore Point because Poser 8 took me the best part of an hour to install. What I want to know is, is there any way I can make WinRAR my default file extractor again?

I had thought about going into "Add/Remove Programs" and removing Express Zip but I'm afraid if I do this, it might cause problems with Poser 8 even though I'm guessing Express Zip is no longer needed after extracting the program's installation files. The thing is I don't recall seeing an option to skip downloading Express Zip during the installation set-up so I just assumed it was an integral part of the program.

As always, I'd appreciate any help with this.

Thanks rojash, you're a star. :o)
Personally I think 7zip is a better program than winrar, and it's free (so you don't get the annoying prompt everytime you use it, like you do with winrar unless you've purchased it)
