Hello. How do i transfer my music files from the comp to a laptop.

If could provide some more info it would help, like how many files are we talking about? If it is not many you could burn them onto a cd or dvd or drag and drop them onto a usb flash key.
Again depending on what operating system you use (I take it is Windows of some ilk) I think there is a file transfer utility built into it somewhere.
Sorry if these answers are a bit general but as I ditched the above OS in favour of Linux about 4 years ago I am digging the deepest recesses!

Hi thanks for your reply. I have an external hard drive and a pal dropped by and explained how to use that to t/x me music files. My music is 5gb BTW
