I use Excel to list all my music and play the track using a Hyperlink to Windows Media Player. Suddenly many (most!) of the links have stopped working. The Hyperlink address has got '/AppData/' suddenly appearing. If I use the 'edit' path, I can at least clear this without having to create the full link again, but why/how does this happen? What can I do to stop a recurrence please?

Have you had a tidy up and broken a few links to music which is now stored in a different folder perhaps?

I did tidy up 1 music folder, but tose files have been amended manually 'cos the route to the final address had changed. With this problem however, if I use 'edit hyperlink' then highlight and delete '/Appdata' the hyperlink is restored and the music track plays again.
