Hi,
My existing Norton Internet Security 2011 expries in 4 days. I've purchased Norton Performance Pack 2012 in readiness. Do I need to first uninstall 2011, or will this happen automatically when I install the 2012 version? I presume I can install 2012 today, without waiting for the 2011 one to fully expire?
If I do need to uninstall 2011 can you advise how/easiest way?
Thanks in advance

No need to uninstall 2011. Just follow the instructions
You don't need to wait. We always renew ours in advance and it adds the extra few days to the end of the subscription.

Just follow the on-screen instructions and the new version will install itself, no need to get rid of 2011 first.
