epsom stylus printer probs

Can't print anything on my computer. ink cartridges are full cleaned the nozzles and head about 10 times done nozzle checks. head alignment etc. The printer is trying to print whatever i've sent to it but the sheets come out clean.. anyone got any ideas?

Even a test sheet?
How do you know cartridges are full?

Had the same problem but found out it was the cartridges that were the problem. I had bought compatible ones to save money, however, as soon as I changed the cartridges to the make recommended by Epsom, all was well.

No it does,nt even print a test sheet. The printer says the cartridges are full or part full. The black was low so I put in a new one but it was just the same. They are comparable cartridges and have not had this problem before..
