Can anyone help me with my problem please.

When I try to print an email it will only print the top section & the rest of the page is left blank, for instance if I want to print off a receipt I only end up with the firms logo etc. and not the relevant bit. I can print anything else off my computer but not emails. What am I doing wrong !!!

If you are printing off the net then you may find there is a print button on the screen, that will give you a printable format. Alternatively (and I can't tell you why) if you go on your toolbar to File - Print Preview, you can see if the layout is all there, and the Print from that. I know what you mean,it's infuriating, but I have found that it often works for me using Print Preview.
quick fix for now is to highlight what you want to print then copy/paste it into word to print off...I am sure that someone smarter than me will come along...I am a mac user so not really au fait with windows any more
Which email provider are you using? Rather than just using 'file / print' there's usually a 'print' button somewhere on the page.
Or it may be that the default page size/layout is somehow at the wrong setting.
