Do Stunt men need sports therapists?

I am currently studying sports therapy and Injury Rehabilitation. I just wanted to know, would this be a useful job being a personal sports therapist to a group of stunt men?
Rather than them on set needing to spend a lot on physio therapists, who tend to be more expensive.
I am interested because i would suite this enviroment more than I would in a sporting environment.
