Some will point to the fact that Vale were playing against 10 men for the whole of the second half, Tilly, but a quick look at the stats shows that they bossed the first half and were 2-0 up before the red card. In the 2nd half, they employed good 'game management' before putting the game to bed with their 3rd goal in the 85th minute. Well done, Vale.

Have to disagree there. I doubt whether Coutinho will ever put in a performance like that as long as he keeps goal. The guy was unpassable and was quite rightly awarded 10/10 and MOTM.
You have to hand it to Real. They've beaten the best teams in some of Europe's top leagues on their way to, and winning, the trophy; they beat Inter Milan twice, PSG, Chelsea, Man City and Liverpool.
