I have been on this weight loss journey since 2019, but after increasing exercise load, I'm starting to gain weight but the body shape doesn't change.

If you gain muscle then your weight will increase.

If you gain muscle then your weight will increase.
Surely what matters is your appearance, not your actual weight.
Try a body composition scales, that will give you a weight and a percentage fat. I use a Tanita.
